Panic Button Pictures is the preoccupied world of award winning Animator Webster Crowell; Tactile, obsessive films about things which occasionally grow too big for their cages.

Here at Panic Button rising water has cut off the trade routes - there's black market gin and kerosene, gangs of unlicensed toaster ovens menace the alleys and what with the curfew in place it's not safe to leave the studio.   With wire, a bicycle and enough asbestos to furnish an avenue of 1940's row houses, we set to manufacturing our own industrial age.

News:
Parasol – continues to barnstorm festivals, recently receiving Best original Design at the Animation Block Party in Brooklyn, where we shared a ticket with some amazing fellow animators. Also we got a mention over on Publicola where their film nerd called Parasol 'my favorite stop-motion film of all time' effectively making my day.

The Bicycle film festival arrives in Seattle September 11 with Parasol screening at 9pm at the Henry. From here it marches on it's International tour with dates in Zurich, Lisbon, Paris, Vienna....

Also the Port Townsend film festival – September 26 & 27. The studio remains under wraps while I do combat with a carbonator and 600 Argentine antiquities but there's a few scraps left out on My Youtube Channel.
